Your responsibilities as the Product Development Specialist will include:
  • Develop and optimize dietary supplement formulations, including ingredient selection, cost analysis, and pricing strategies aligned with nutraceutical industry standards
  • Coordinate product development processes, including lab-scale batching, pilot production, and cross-functional collaboration with QA/QC, manufacturing, and packaging teams
  • Ensure FDA compliance and GMP adherence by managing labeling requirements, ingredient validation, and regulatory documentation for dietary supplements
  • Conduct ingredient research for safety, efficacy, and quality, supporting raw material qualification and product specification development
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors (e.g., flavor houses, suppliers) to enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and consumer appeal
