• Conduct detailed nutrition assessments and devise individualized care plans addressing patients’ unique medical conditions, dietary restrictions, and health goals.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition education and counseling for patients and their families, focusing on healthy dietary habits, diabetes management, and preventive care.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting nutrition plans and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care is maintained.
• Perform nutrition-focused physical evaluations and analyze biochemical data to accurately assess and interpret patients' nutritional statuses.
• Engage in multidisciplinary health team meetings to coordinate treatment strategies and optimize care for patients.
• Provide specialized guidance on dietary needs for patients facing challenges such as diabetes complications, weight management, food allergies, and gastrointestinal disorders.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and care plans in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Stay actively engaged with the latest research and dietary guidelines, implementing new findings to enhance patient care and service delivery.

As a Registered Dietitian at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will primarily focus on a diverse patient population dealing with diabetes and its associated conditions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the comprehensive management of these patients' health and well-being, addressing not just their dietary needs but also their lifestyle modifications and disease management strategies. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Active licensure or eligibility to practice as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in Arizona required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and comprehensive medical nutrition therapy.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting focusing on diabetes management and nutrition therapy.
