What you'll do
In this role, you will own the safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement. You will operate automated production equipment, monitor process performance, complete routine inspections and maintenance tasks, and accurately document production activities. By identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, you will actively contribute to operational excellence and reliability across the site.

Who we're looking for
You are a safetyfocused, dependable production operator who takes pride in equipment ownership and product quality. You thrive in a manufacturing environment, are comfortable working night shifts, and are motivated to build technical knowledge, including process chemistry. You take accountability for your work, communicate effectively, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

You'll also need

  • Experience as a production or manufacturing operator; experience with automated equipment is an asset
  • Forklift experience is an asset
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to develop a working knowledge of process chemistry
  • Availability to work scheduled weekend night shifts
