Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for the strategic management of the company's private-label crop protection portfolio, including adjuvants and nutritionals, as well as the biologicals, seed treatments, and other proprietary product lines. This person will also serve as the internal subject matter expert for assigned product categories while leading product pricing, procurement, supplier relationships, inventory forecasting, program management, and lifecycle management. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the product owner for assigned crop protection and private-label product, including but not limited to:
    • Biologicals
    • Seed treatments
    • Adjuvants
    • Foliar nutrition products
    • Plant health products
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from evaluation and sourcing through commercialization and portfolio optimization.
  • Monitor product performance and profitability and recommend additions, deletions, or changes to the product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, formulators, suppliers, and distribution partners.
  • Lead product negotiations related to pricing, contracts, rebate programs, supply agreements, and inventory commitments.
  • Establish and maintain product pricing strategies that support profitability goals and market competitiveness.
  • Manage supplier incentive programs, rebates, early-order programs, and purchasing agreements.
