In this critical role, you will help drive the successful development and launch of new products by supporting cross-functional projects from concept through commercialization.

What You'll Do

As a Project Management Coordinator, you will play a key role in keeping projects on track, ensuring clear communication, and helping teams meet critical milestones.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support Project Managers with planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of development projects.
  • Ensure project activities align with established goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Track project milestones and proactively follow up on action items.

Scheduling & Budget Support

  • Coordinate project schedules and timelines across multiple departments.
  • Partner with Finance and project stakeholders to monitor budgets and project costs.
  • Help ensure project resources are effectively allocated and utilized.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential project risks, delays, or bottlenecks.
  • Assist in developing mitigation plans and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Support teams in resolving challenges and maintaining project momentum.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor project performance and provide updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Facilitate project meetings and provide updates on key milestones and challenges.
  • Document meeting minutes, action items, and project decisions.
  • Foster collaboration and alignment among cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate project objectives, expectations, and timelines effectively.

Compliance & Quality

  • Support adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelors degree in business management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of project coordination, project support, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting projects within a regulated environment such as the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food supplement, or related industry.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting product development projects from concept through launch.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical or nutraceutical quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Interest and willingness to pursue PMP certification within 1-2 years.
