Job description

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Research and Development Specialist to join our growing nutraceutical company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product formulation, quality standards, and regulatory compliance within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food science industries. This role plays a key part in developing innovative health and wellness products, ensuring both quality and compliance.

Location: Miramar, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $28/HR
Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and reformulate nutraceutical products, including vitamins, supplements, and powders.

  • Conduct research to support product innovation, ingredient selection, and formulation improvements.

  • Perform product testing, stability studies, and documentation of results.

  • Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to bring new products to market.

  • Maintain accurate records, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Provide bilingual communication and documentation (English/Spanish) as needed for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
