Job description

Production Operator โ€“ Nut Roasting

No experience Necessary โ€“ we will train

5AM-1:30PM

Mesa, Arizona Location

Job Details

  • The operator will be roasting all types of unshelled raw nuts.
  • Fill the roaster with oil and heat and use the electrical lift to lower the basket full of nuts into the oil.
  • Maintain quality control of the product in color with cooking times.
  • Once the nuts are cooked, use various seasonings on the nuts and allow to cool.
  • Fill, weigh, and seal the boxes onto a pallet and shrink wrap the pallet for shipment.
  • Clean and sanitize areas as you continue cooking.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Must be able to bend, squat, pull, push, and reach above the shoulders.
