Job Title: Registered Nurse โ€“ MedSurg
Location: Fort Wayne, IN
Salary: ASN: $28.66 โ€“ $47.29/hr | BSN: $30.66 โ€“ $49.29/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 | Relocation: Available

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) team in an acute care hospital. The RN will provide patient-centered care, perform assessments, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes. Multiple MedSurg units are available, including medical, surgical, and stroke-focused care units.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to patients with various medical and surgical conditions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for coordinated patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Nursing or ASN/BSN required.
  • Active RN License (IN license can be obtained after offer).
  • BLS/CPR certification required.
  • Acute care RN experience required.
