Position Overview
The Nursing Home Administrator will oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and strong financial performance. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience in skilled nursing, a valid Maryland LNHA license, and a proven ability to manage surveys, grow census, and optimize facility finances.
