Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Double Weekend

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Avir at French in San Antonio, Texas. As a CNA at Avir, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents, providing top-notch care and support while working closely with our dedicated healthcare team.

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and more
• Provide toileting assistance and turn and reposition residents as needed
• Answer call lights promptly and courteously to determine resident needs
• Assist residents with walking and transportation, using a gait belt for all transfers and ambulation
• Monitor vital signs, weights, and intake and output as directed
• Provide catheter care as required
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

• Must be listed on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry, or become certified within four months of hire
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
• Patience, tact, and a positive attitude with residents, families, and staff
