Compensation & Incentives
$3.00/hour shift differential for PM and NOC shifts
Higher pay rate available for employees who waive benefits

Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor residents' health status and vital signs
Develop, implement, and document resident care plans
Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Collaborate with Nurse Managers, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
Promote a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for providing exceptional care to older adults
