About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success & Clinical Utilization Manager to help hospitals and academic medical centers turn advanced endovascular simulation into measurable clinical impact. Based in Florida, you'll work directly with interventional teams across the U.S., acting as a trusted clinical advisor who connects real-world practice with product innovation. It's a highly visible role with real influence over how simulation-based training shapes patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
Customer Engagement & Adoption
  • Partner directly with hospitals and academic institutions to support implementation, utilization, and long-term success of simulation solutions
  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Conduct on-site visits to drive adoption, optimize workflows, and support customer goals

Clinical Impact, Data & ROI
  • Develop and own a framework for measuring clinical, operational, and financial outcomes of simulation-based training
  • Define success metrics and ROI targets collaboratively with customers
  • Support customers in implementing baseline measurements and ongoing tracking methodologies
  • Translate outcomes into clear, compelling evidence of value

Clinical Research & Product Enablement
  • Lead and support clinical studies with hospital and academic partners
  • Contribute with clinical insight and customer feedback to guide product development and innovation
  • Help establish and document best practices for simulation use

Education, Network & Innovation
  • Develop clinical use cases, educational content, and utilization best practices
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders and expand clinical networks
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging trends in clinical education and simulation
Requirements
What You Bring
  • Strong background in interventional procedures (cardiology, neurovascular, or related fields)
  • Experience in clinical utilization, education, research, or evidence-based practice
  • Familiarity with hospital workflows and/or simulation technologies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively

Education & Experience
  • Advanced degree in a clinical or technical discipline (e.g., nursing, technologist background), MBA or equivalent business education is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in the medical device industry, clinical utilization management, customer success, or clinical practice (e.g., cath lab technologist or nurse) strongly preferred
