Overview

Home Support Workers are an integral part of a health care team, and in this role, you will encourage, support, and promote independence for patients in home and community care settings by assisting with activities of daily living under the supervision of our Personal Support Manager.

We are looking for Home Support Workers (HSWs) to help us bring patient and family-centered care to in patients in the Elmvale, Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Midland, Penetanguishene, and Waubaushene areas. Are you someone we should meet?

This course consists of virtual and in-person training. The following is required for attendance in the program:

  • Internet access
  • A laptop or device that has a webcam and is compatible with Microsoft Teams (CarePartners equipment will be available to attend training upon request)

CarePartners HSWs provide professional, compassionate care in homes and residences in the community. HSWs assist with activities of daily living, allowing patients and families to live life to the fullest with dignity and independence:
