Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Richland, PA

Unit Managers are responsible for performing a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents; coordinating work within the neighborhood as well as with other departments and neighborhoods; reporting pertinent information to the Shift Supervisor or the Director of Nursing responding to inquiries or requests for information, directly supervises Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses’ in completing their assignments on assigned neighborhood.


Requirements for a RN with Phoebe Allentown:

  1. The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
  2. Graduate of a comprehensive nursing program; current Pennsylvania license to practice as Registered Nurse
  3. Current CPR license
