Qualifications

  • State License Compact licenses are allowed. Willing to obtain is allowed.
  • Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
  • Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Operating Room.
  • References 2 Supervisor references within the last 2 years.
  • Additional Confirmations I am willing to work a day / night rotation.
  • Additional Confirmations I have 6 months of Level 1 experience within the last 2 years.
  • Additional Confirmations I have submitted all time off requests. I am aware that I cannot make additional requests after submission.
  • Travel Contract Must travel at least 50.0 miles to receive a travel stipend. Local candidates are eligible, but the pay package may adjust the rate by a few dollars per hour, will not contain a travel stipend, and will be entirely taxable.
  • Requested Time Off Up to 7 days of time off can be requested.
