We're seeking the right candidate for the position of RN, Every Other Weekend Supervisor at McComb Community Care Center. In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
What You Bring to the Table:
Essential Qualifications:
  • Demonstrates leadership and can organize, plan and supervise the Nursing Department in coordination with other resident services.
  • Demonstrates the ability to adhere to departmental budget.
  • Maintains effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Implement changes as determined by the Nursing Director.
  • Must demonstrate ability to follow policies, procedures, practices, and direction without the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing.
  • Must demonstrate ability to evaluate the geriatric resident's needs and implement systems.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Current Mississippi Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Ability to work weekends.
  • Current/active CPR certification preferred.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
Other Qualifications
  • Has not been excluded from participating in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
  • Maintains eligibility to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs throughout employment.
  • Participate in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screening.
