Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct and supervisory nursing care to residents while collaborating with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes and exceptional care delivery.
This role supports both long-term care residents and rehabilitation patients while helping contribute to a positive, team-focused, and clinically strong nursing environment.

โ€ข Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident treatment plans
โ€ข Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
โ€ข Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions and changes in status
โ€ข Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
โ€ข Supervise and support LPNs and nursing support staff as needed
โ€ข Ensure timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulations
โ€ข Assist in maintaining infection control and quality care standards
โ€ข Support teamwork, accountability, and positive communication within the nursing department
โ€ข Respond appropriately to resident needs and changes in condition
Qualifications
โ€ข Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
โ€ข Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
