Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator

We are seeking a highly qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator to join our team at Jupiter, a leading provider of Rehabilitation and Nursing services in Jupiter, Florida. As an integral member of our care team, you will be responsible for coordinating the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and providing exceptional care to our patients. Registered Nurse (RN) MDS Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate MDS assessments, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the MDS process
