Position Type: Full-Time

Priority Opening: Weekend RN Coverage

Linden Place Center for Nursing is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. We are currently prioritizing full-time weekend coverage:

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, every other weekend (Full-Time)

  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, every other weekend (Full-Time)

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Linden Place Center for Nursing, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care while serving as a key clinical leader within our facility. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans

  • Provide direct bedside nursing care for residents with a variety of medical conditions, including post-surgical and complex care needs

  • Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and accurately document treatments and resident responses

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes by initiating appropriate clinical interventions

  • Perform wound care, catheter insertion, specimen collection, and other ordered nursing procedures

  • Monitor specialized equipment and interpret clinical and electronic data to support resident care

  • Educate residents and families regarding treatments, procedures, and ongoing care needs

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation

  • Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care coordination

  • Support a positive team environment focused on quality outcomes and resident satisfaction

What We’re Looking For
  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification

  • Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
