Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Hillside HeightsRehabilitation Center - Eugene, OR

Pay Ranges from: $37.97/HR - $53.58/HR (based on licensed experience)

Available Schedules: (1) |Part-Time- 2-week Rotation Sun-Mon, Mon + Weds

Hillside Heights Rehabilitation Center is part of the Volare Health portfolio of long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers located in multiple states. Qualifications:

  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state.
  • Ability to assess resident needs
  • Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients
  • Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of others
  • Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.

New nurses can participate in a 3-month Long Term Care New Nurse Residency, involving the Geri-Res residency curriculum and a structured onsite mentorship.


Additional program benefits include:

  • Professional development opportunities through OHCA, available at no cost to Nurse Residents.
  • For a limited time, Nurse Residents are eligible to apply for a Long-Term Care New Nurse Incentive payment following completion of the residency and three additional months of employment. (The grant that funds this incentive expires at the end of 2026; nurses must be enrolled by June 30, 2026 to be eligible.)
