Job description

Our client is a well-established outpatient primary care clinic located in San Antonio, Texas, seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing team. This role focuses on providing exceptional care to patients ages 16 and up, in a supportive, collaborative environment.


Position Details
  • Setting: Outpatient Primary Care (no inpatient or hospital work)

  • Patient Ages: 16+

  • Average Patient Volume: 23–26 per day

  • EMR: eClinicalWorks

  • Patient Population: Privately insured patients

  • Procedures: IUD insertions/removals, trigger point injections, wax removal, and other common in-office procedures


Schedule
  • Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • No weekends


Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 (negotiable, commensurate with experience)

  • Benefits: Comprehensive package including health insurance, PTO, and more
