Nurse Practitioner (NP)
Panama City, FL
We're hiring a Nurse Practitioner (NP) who wants meaningful work, variety in their day, and the opportunity to bring quality healthcare directly to students and communities throughout Northwest Florida.
You'll step into an outpatient clinical role providing comprehensive primary care aboard one of Florida's largest mobile healthcare programs. You'll travel to schools and community locations delivering wellness exams, sports physicals, preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care while working alongside an experienced, collaborative healthcare team.
You'll practice throughout the Panama City area and Northwest Florida, a region known for its beautiful Gulf Coast beaches, outdoor recreation, and welcoming communities.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $115,000 to $145,000 based on experience
  • Medical insurance: Employer pays approximately 70%

  • Paid Time Off: 3 weeks plus 14 paid holidays
  • CME: $1,500 annually plus 5 administrative days
  • Retirement: 403(b) with a 3% employer contribution plus up to a 6% employer match
  • 457(b) retirement plan available for eligible employees
