Practice Info

  • Join a team of 17 hospitalists, including 3 Nurse Practitioners.
  • Work closely with colleagues in other departments to ensure a smooth transition of care.
  • Sound Physicians Intensivists provide support to the hospitalist team.
  • Work in an open ICU environment.
  • The role utilizes Epic EMR, with access to Sound Physicians’ internal informatics platform for seamless patient management.

Responsibilities

  • Work in an open ICU environment, though no procedures are required.
  • Utilize Epic EMR for patient management.

Compensation

  • Annual compensation is based on the number of shifts worked, ranging from $330,000 - $340,000.

Shift & Schedule

  • Day shift schedule is a 12-hour shift; 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Average of 16 shifts per month.

Requirements

  • Internal medicine and family medicine candidates are eligible.
  • Candidates must be board-certified or eligible with the expectation of obtaining certification.
  • Ability to work with residents.
