Responsibilities
Your Role as an RN Supervisor:
  • Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications
    • Current RN license issued by the State Board of Nursing
    • Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to quality care
    • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities is a plus
