Your Role:
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively
  • Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
  • Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
