Registered Nurse RN

Location: Greenacres Lake Worth, Florida 33463

RN Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. As an RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. 12 hour shifts

RN Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents based on their individual needs and care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulations

  • Monitor residents' vital signs, assess their health condition, and promptly report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans

  • Assist in coordinating and supervising the work of licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to ensure the delivery of consistent, safe, and compassionate care

  • Educate residents and their families on health management, disease prevention, and available support services

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including electronic documentation, in adherence to facility policies and regulatory guidelines

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, and professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills

Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida

  • Experience preferred in nursing, preferably in a long-term care or nursing home setting

  • Sound knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures, with a focus on geriatric care
