Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist requiring ARRT certification and at least 1 year of specialty experience for a 13-week assignment in Owatonna, MN.

Details
  • Work in the CT Scan department of a hospital setting
  • 36 hours per week, mostly day shifts with variation based on department needs
  • Every other weekend requires 12-hour day shifts
  • 3 shifts per week averaging 12 hours per day
  • Must be flexible to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to on-call pager including days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Uses Siemens CT scanning equipment, Bayer Medrad Injector, and performs general imaging and venipuncture
  • Epic EMR used for charting
  • Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment due to low census
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program
  • ARRT certification in Radiography required
  • ARRT certification in CT required
  • BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CT required
  • State licensure required if applicable
  • CT and X-ray experience required
  • Strong organizational, multifunctional, and independent work skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Maintain competency across a variety of imaging equipment and technologies
