Position Summary:
We are seeking an full-time experienced patient-focused Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing wellness and aesthetics team. This role will focus on hormone optimization, weight management therapies, peptides, and overall wellness, while also supporting aesthetic treatments plans. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced provider who is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through functional, evidence-based care.
*Register Nurse (RN) candidates will not be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Wellness Responsibilities: ** MUST HAVE HRT EXPERIENCE**
  • Conduct comprehensive medical consultations related to Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), weight loss, peptide therapy, and other wellness services
  • Develop and oversee personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
  • Evaluate lab work, vitals, and medical history to ensure treatment appropriateness and safety
  • Manage follow-up care including medication titration, progress tracking, and patient education
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with state and organizational standards
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience while building long-term trust and rapport.
Aesthetic Responsibilities (If applicable)
  • Experienced to perform cosmetic injectable treatments (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers)
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Assess patient goals and recommend appropriate treatment options.
  • Educate clients on pre- and post-care, expected results, and product information.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Stay current with the latest industry advancements, safety standards, and continuing education.
  • Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all medical safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Current and unrestricted PA or NP license in the State of Kansas
  • Minimum 5 years of Injector experience OR direct HRT, peptide therapy, and/or weight management experience required
  • Strong patient communication skills and ability to customize care to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Deep understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and balance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to safety and professionalism.
  • Desire to stay informed on the latest trends and treatment innovations in aesthetics.
