Minimum Qualifications

  • Current certification as an FNP or PA
  • Active Oregon NP or PA license and DEA license in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in family medicine or a related field
  • Graduation from an accredited program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience using Epic EMR
  • Washington NP or PA license (for telehealth services)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Starting at $130,000 (exempt) + RVU-based bonus potential
  • Bilingual Differential: $0.75/hour for Spanish/English proficiency
