Employment Type:Full timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:High level of understanding accounting practices and how data tables can be connected to create analysis on business operations, from time to perform a task to Open accounts payable. Strong skills in creating filters, charts through multiple tools, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Position is hybrid, three days a week in the office.

Works in discovering the information hidden in vast amounts of data to help in presenting data to present to leadership allowing them to make smarter decisions to deliver even better performance of our THCE program. The primary focus is applying data mining techniques, doing advanced analysis, and building high quality ad hoc systems integrated with our operations. Automates scoring techniques to assist in department improvements, builds recommendation systems, improves and extends the features used by our existing applications, develops internal A/B testing procedures, builds system data integration between multiple applications, develops applications and reports to assist leadership in decision making process, create and automates reporting and processes to assist THCE team with performance.


Works closely with Trinity Information Services to ensure the CMMS Application servers are maintained and kept current. Provides first level support for any downtime occurrences. Leads processing of all patches and updates to the applications. Creates topic specific ad hoc applications within SQL and HTML to meet the needs of the operations, i.e. HTML Splash Page, automatic notifications, THCE Finance Application for budget building and Intercompany Transfer documentation, interfaces to/from (PeopleSoft, etc.). Responsible for learning and supporting the new cloud based Facilio (CMMS) to support adding fields and reports as the THCE Dept grows in operational performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the Trinity Health Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices and decisions.

Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health Corporate Integrity Program, Code of Ethics, as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.

Develops solutions to support relationship with System Office finance, purchasing and TIS to improve data mining and analytics to support THCE operations through the CMMS. Serves as data expert with all aspects of the CMMS including data structures and tables, and leads development of new end user tools.

Supports Business Application team in ensuring that the CMMS is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations, as well as with JCAHO EC, AOA, CAP, and ANSI/AAMI EQ standards.

Directly responsible for the management and administration of the CMMS Web Based work order entry and review component, as well as, any supporting hardware peripherals deployed to support the use of applications/systems, i.e. scanners/readers etc..

Directly responsible for CMMS troubleshooting, resolution, and coordinating/performing upgrades with Trinity Information System.

Directly responsible for analyzing, and maintaining standardized data tables.

Develops database-stored procedures to support operations and analytics.

Pro-actively analyzes, monitors, and creates reports to identify cost reduction, resource productivity, and service agreement expiration and compliance

improvement, through tools such as, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.

Provides other database support to staff as needed, and completes all other tasks as assigned.

Maintains HIPPA compliance and confidentially of information received, pertaining to but not limited patient, physicians, and associates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration or information technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience; and five (5) years of progressively more responsible experience in data analytics or informatics. MBA and/or advanced degree is preferred. Experience in supply chain, finance/accounting, inventory control, production or purchasing is strongly preferred.

Must possess an in-depth knowledge of the system development lifecycle and an ability to develop appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing and evaluating large amounts of data.

Strong working knowledge of SQL, HTML, ServiceNow and database schema's. Proficient in the use of Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Visio, Access, MS Project and PowerPoint is required.

Strong working knowledge of Computers including operating systems, advanced understanding of Wireless and Network Communications, and Web Based Application Development languages, i.e. html, java.

Must be comfortable with conflict and willing to challenge conventional thinking at all levels of the organization.

Must possess strong analytical skills, including ability to understand and define most critical issues and develop methodologies for collecting and analyzing relevant data (keep vs. buy, Total Cost Ownership (TCO), lease vs. buy, Net Present Value (NPV), Cost of Service Ratio (COSR), and so forth).

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills in order to effectively discuss data analytics with diverse groups and prepare reports.

Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.

Must be a self-starter with ability to juggle priorities and manage own work to completion.

Strong organizational and planning skills to support involvement in multiple projects simultaneously in an environment of competing priorities.

Must possess ability to be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.

Supports and executes strategies related to improving the reporting and analytic capabilities through facilitating detailed requirements gathering, report/dashboard testing, training and maintenance. Provides reporting support from SCIS (Supply Chain Information System) and other available systems such as DSS, SSID and 3rd party tools. Supports on boarding of merger and acquisition targets to the SCIS data environment.
