Location: Greenwood, IN
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and licensed Pharmacist in Charge / Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations at a behavioral health facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and regulatory knowledge to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including staff supervision and workflow optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state pharmacy laws and facility regulations.
  • Oversee medication management, inventory control, and ordering processes.
  • Lead and support a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, administrators, and nursing teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Review and verify medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and inspections.
  • Implement and maintain medication safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure efficient and compliant pharmacy operations within the behavioral health setting.
  • Perform other pharmacy management duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
