Position Summary

Nuleaf Lawn Care is looking for Turf Technicians to provide aeration and seeding service for our customer's lawns. This position is responsible for servicing residential properties providing core aeration, seeding and fertilization. This position is seasonal from August 15th through October 15th and can become a fulltime position for the right candidate.

This individual will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers. All employees will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Objectives

Aerate and seed lawns according to best practices established by Nuleaf Lawn Care

Work with colleagues and represent Nuleaf in a positive manner

Ensures all work is done in a professional, neat and efficient manner

Ensure all work is performed correctly and completely

Prepare and load equipment and materials for the next day

Competencies

Ability to work independent and with co-workers

Ability to be detailed oriented and have good problem-solving skills

Be efficient and have good time management skills

Incorporate Nuleafs' business philosophies, core values and best practices.

Ability to work from 7-5 or until job is complete

Education and Experience

Although experience is desirable, we will invest in and train the right individual committed to our core values and someone looking to reach their personal, professional and financial goals. We are looking for individuals that want to be part of a rapidly expanding company and obsessed with being the best version of themselves.

Must have a good driving record and maintain a good driving record

Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Position involves, walking, standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, lifting, carrying and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
