Familiarity with dosimetry equipment, radiation monitoring systems, and maintenance tools is essential. Attention to detail, teamwork, and effective communication are critical soft skills for ensuring safety and efficient workflow. These skills are vital for maintaining regulatory compliance, protecting health and safety, and ensuring smooth operation in high-risk nuclear environments.
