ABOUT THE ROLE
Quest Safety Products is seeking a data-driven E-Commerce Operations & Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon business while supporting expansion into Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Amazon Seller Central, account health, listings, catalog issues, reimbursements, pricing, and Buy Box performance.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory replenishment, reorder points, and product availability.
• Analyze sales, marketplace fees, inventory, competition, and profitability.
• Build Excel reports and dashboards that turn data into actionable business insights.
• Research new products and marketplace growth opportunities.
• Partner with Purchasing, Operations, and suppliers to improve accuracy, efficiency, and margin.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years Amazon Seller Central or comparable marketplace experience.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis data.
• Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and personal accountability.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
