  • Track project deliverables using a deliverable tracker and regularly update progress.
  • Interface with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of documents and materials.
  • Report any delays, discrepancies, or risks to the Project Manager.

  • Notify stakeholders when new documents arrive and follow up on the review progress.
  • Maintain uptodate deliverable tracking and alert in case of configuration discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper organization and maintenance of the group shared drive.
  • Assist with the structuring and organization of backup folders and project documentation.
  • Upload documents into REDS, initiate workflows for signatures, and follow up until completion.
  • Support team cohesion and organize teambuilding or internal engagement events when needed.
  • Follow and support administrative processes such as Start-Up Council activities.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials, track shipments, and manage storage arrangements.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new team members by coordinating access, documentation, and initial setup.
  • Organize and follow up on appointment notifications (avis de RDV) for external visitors or suppliers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Good communication skills and capacity to synthesize information.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and tracking tools is a plus.
  • Proactive, structured, and able to follow established processes.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management plan development, implementation and administration including knowledge of processes, procedures and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management and customers as required.
  • Good problem identification and problem resolution skills with emphasis on 'root cause' analysis.
  • Ability to collect, interpret, and present data clearly and accurately to support decision-making.
Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $84,000 - $110,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

  • Retirement: 401(k) with employer match.
