Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support the Security Manager in the delivering the security operation and management of uniform security personnel.

  • Corporate team assistance in developing security officer training strategies to counter supply chain risks and gaps affecting the Facility.

  • Support the Security Manager in related projects, new physical security installations and repairs, as assigned.

  • Assisting Security & Compliance management team in developing security procedures, security training requirements, security training material, and security training communications to develop best in class corporate training programs for the front-line Security Personnel.

  • Working in partnership with plant operational management teams in identifying security gaps; security breaches; and security investigations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in private security, military security, or law enforcement background.

  • Must be a US citizen or provide proof of identity and work authorization.)

  • Investigative experience in criminal acts including identifying and conducting an internal comprehensive case management, as assigned.

  • Coaching and developing plant security team members in reaching their full workplace potential.

  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability and willingness to travel, when needed.

  • Motivated and challenged to drive high performance.
