Corrective Action Lead

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Investigations and Disclosures team as a Corrective Action Lead. This role is critical in ensuring that corrective actions identified through investigations are effectively implemented and mitigate the risk of future disclosures. The ideal candidate will have strong audit and assessment experience, familiarity with trade compliance or internal audit processes, and proficiency with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar workflow management tools.

This position can be based out of any of our major Boeing locations, including: Dallas, TX; Plano, TX; Arlington, VA; Seattle, WA; Auburn, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Mesa, AZ; Seal Beach, CA;El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Berkeley, MO; Huntsville, AL; Englewood, CO; Titusville, FL; Chicago, IL; Oklahoma City, OK; Portland, OR; North Charleston, SC; or Ridley Park, PA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor the implementation status of corrective actions arising from investigations and disclosures.

  • Engage with internal stakeholders to collect timely and accurate status updates on corrective action progress.

  • Assess and determine whether corrective actions have been fully completed and effectively address the root causes of identified issues.

  • Conduct effectiveness testing to evaluate whether corrective actions have successfully mitigated the risk of additional disclosures.

  • Develop and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for leadership on the status and effectiveness of corrective action implementation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement in corrective action management processes.

  • Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar platforms to track, document, and report on corrective action activities.

  • Support audit and compliance activities related to corrective action management.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience in audit (preferably within trade compliance or internal audit functions)

  • Effective analytical skills with an ability to identify and resolve issues

  • Experience working across multiple business units and interfacing with key stakeholders

  • Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

  • Experience working within Investigations and Disclosures or related compliance functions

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to trade compliance and disclosures

  • Familiarity with corrective action frameworks and risk management methodologies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports for leadership

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
