Job description

Job Title: Program Supervisor- Pathways to OpportunityLocation: 5100 Tice Street Fort Myers, FL 33905Employment Type: Full-Time/SalaryGoodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Program Supervisor to manage the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals, personnel and fiscal management at the Adult Day Training site. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: hiring the highest quality of staff and their complete orientation and ongoing training, assuring all aspects of the program of services and supports are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to meet and exceed regulatory standards, fiscal oversight, case management, reporting, manages participant and staff files, and assures accurate record keeping. As appropriate, interact with external sources to increase community opportunities and integration for program participants. The Program Supervisor will ensure the program meets all necessary requirements. The Program Supervisor will perform all of the responsibilities and duties of the Program Instructors as needed.  Key Responsibilities:Daily supervision (hiring, counseling, etc.) over all Program staff, program participants, program operations and service delivery.Maintains an accurate awareness and good working knowledge of the applicable state and governing agency standards, Florida Statues, AHCA, and CARF standards.Participate in team meetings, promoting effective team communication and serve as primary contact with all team members for individuals served.Receive incident report and complete all required communications and documentation timely.Monitor individual's served attendance records and addresses attendance issues.Develop/coordinate quarterly calendars, calendar assessment, class satisfaction surveys, class outlines and curriculum.Maintain all training records for program staff and coordinate staff training.Provide direct service coverage to ensure seamless operation of the program as needed. Secure replacement employees for all call-offs and staffing emergencies and/or provide coverage to vacancies.Ensure proper maintenance and accuracy for all Program Fund accounts within the site, meeting Fund Policy and Procedure.Track program expenses to stay within budgetary parameters. Must complete and maintain all applicable trainings within required timeframes.Maintain order/organization of program site/van and address safety issues/concerns.Monitor and order necessary program supplies.Monitor all monthly checks and drills.Communicate with Quality Assurance Manager and Director regarding enrollment/discharge, schedule changes, and billing. Participate in audits and provide follow-up on findings within required timeframe. Know and ensure implementation of all policies and procedures. Maintain knowledge of current medical condition and needs of individuals served.Assure that the atmosphere of overall service provision is therapeutic, provides optimal growth of individuals and preserves individual's dignity and self-worth.Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the program site and coordinate the scheduling of program van and assure cleanliness and upkeep. Complete onboarding for new participants.Monitor, recruit, and train program volunteers.Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in education; or a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science; or related field and one year related experience. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, a person rendering this service shall have an associate's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in education; or a social, behavioral or rehabilitative science; or related field and three years of experience.
