JobSummary:
By joining Anling Health Primary Care as a full-time autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner you will enjoy a fulfilling career unlike any other and will play a vital role in changing the lives of our patients.
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as promote good health practices. As autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner, you’ll be our go-to person for ensuring the best patient care possible.
Responsibilities:
  • Examine patients and their medical records
  • Order and study diagnostic tests (blood tests, X-rays etc.)
  • Diagnose health conditions and illnesses
  • Propose treatments for chronic and infectious diseases
  • Prescribe medications
  • Maintain accurate records and schedules
  • Inform patients about their health conditions and prescribed medications
  • Educate patients and their family members on diseases, epidemics and prevention
  • Oversee patients’ overall health
  • Promote good health practices
  • Advance professional knowledge and conduct research
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays and proficient in phlebotomy skills
Skills:
  • Must be fluent in bilingual, preferred Creole or Spanish besides English, will also consider other language skills.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills
  • Proven experience as Nurse Practitioner in a primary care clinic, hospital, ER or other setting
  • Expertise in primary care, acute care and chronic care practices
  • Knowledge of health and patient care regulations
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Patience and cool-headedness
  • Willingness to continue gaining knowledge and clinical experience
Qualifications:
  • Must have an autonomous APRN license in Florida
  • Must have an active DEA license
  • Must have Family Nurse Practitioner certification by ANCC or APRN
  • Must have a Master in Nursing degree; DNP is a plus
