Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient, high-energy On-Site Coordinator who excels when the stakes are high. This isn't a standard 9-to-5 role; we need a warrior who can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced warehouse environment, pivot instantly when priorities shift, and resolve workplace conflicts with professional poise.


Key Responsibilities & Adaptability

  • Expert Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes. You must be able to de-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards.
  • Unmatched Availability: This role requires a "whatever it takes" mindset. You must be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support our client's changing production needs.
  • Agile Workforce Management: Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour.
  • Proactive Site Leadership: Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalate. Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll.
  • Strategic Communication: Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • The "Flex" Factor: Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots.
  • Warehouse Veteran: At least 1 year of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry. Knowledge of GMPs is a plus.
  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English & Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and work with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll. Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
  • Decision Maker: Strong ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.
