Location Details

  • Location: Scotts Hill Medical Center- Wilmington, NC
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, mixed shifts, 7am-7pm and 7am-5pm
  • Call: Some weekend and call required (details discussed during interview)
  • Prior OR experience required for this position
What We‘re Looking For:
  • Education: ASN / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; B.S. in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of one year experience as a clinical nurse in acute care environment, required. Previous leadership experience, preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as an RN, required.
  • Additional Skills (required): Has knowledge and skills necessary to modify care according to patient(s)’ age. Has the ability to interpret information to identify each patient’s requirements for care relative to his/her age specific need
What You‘ll Do:
  • Circulate for General Surgery, Urology/GYN, Robotics surgical procedures in a dedicated OR
  • Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical techs
  • Advocate for patients and ensure a smooth perioperative experience
