Join our Surgical I – Post-op/Stepdown team at Novant Health NHRMC, where you'll care for patients recovering from emergency general surgeries, traumatic injuries, and complex post-operative procedures in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Enjoy a Consistent Fixed Night Shift Schedule!

Full-Time | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We know consistency matters. That's why we offer fixed schedules you'll work the same three nights every week with no rotating schedule.

Choose from one of these full-time options:

Option 1: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday Nights

OR

Option 2: Thursday, Friday & Saturday Nights
