About the job
Responsible for chlorate plant operations of the Moses Lake Facility to ensure meeting targets with respect to production volume, product quality, cost, safety, health, security, and environmental stewardship.
In your future role as Production Manager you will
  • Formulates, recommends, and implements objectives for the chlorate unit.
  • Participates in preparing FMC and VC budgets for assigned areas.
  • Controls operating costs.
  • Directs working relationship with Nouryon global technology organization to improve benchmarking and operations.
  • Maintains systems for applicable registrations (OSHA, ISO, etc).
  • Implement personnel training and qualifies personnel on operating techniques.
  • Prepares and completes AOP Objectives for site.
  • Any and all jobs assigned.

We believe you bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 5 years experience in chemical manufacturing.
  • Must be able to access any area of the facility intended for personnel presence. The work environment requires walking, inspecting, climbing in an industrial setting with outside weather conditions.

The hiring salary range for this position ranges from $104,000 to $148,500 although individuals may eventually progress through the pay scale in this role up to $maximum. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role as well as the individuals' qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive annual bonuses.
Employees (and their families) will be eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are also eligible to enroll in our company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive paid time off and the mandated company holidays throughout the calendar year.
