Job description


As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through contracts, reservations, and ownership-related matters. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Hospitality teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main customer contact, handling contract follow-up and client purchases.
  • Assist new owners in understanding paperwork and contracts, providing clear explanations.
  • Reduce cancels and kicks through proactive post-sale contact and support.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to maintain a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Provide technical support and advice to owners regarding their ownership benefits and services.
  • Ensure efficient and timely notarization of contract documents, leveraging your Nevada Notary Public license.
  • Maintain flexible work hours to accommodate customer needs, including weekends and holidays.
  • Stay updated with Nevada Real Estate or Timeshare regulations and best practices.
  • Resolve complex customer service issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in notarizing contract documents.
  • Valid Nevada Notary Public license is mandatory.
  • Nevada Real Estate or Timeshare License is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on active listening.
