Job Description:

  • Acts as the face of our organization during interaction with attorneys, realtors and lenders during the real estate closing
  • Assists in the preparation of the required title and closing documents with 100% accuracy for each closing
  • Reviews the title commitment and all title clearance presented at the real estate closing to clear all title exceptions/matters
  • Preps loan documents and ensures all documents are accurate, executed correctly, and notarized
  • Responsible for making revisions and additions to the Closing Disclosure Form and Master Statement during the closing
  • Watches for and is able to identify red flags and brings them to management for review
  • Efficiently collects and transmits all required documents to the Lender to obtain funding authorization
  • Positively communicates updates to parties involved in the transaction. Communicates with all parties effectively and efficiently
  • Ensures that the ledger is in balance, all funds have been received, and disburses according to the signed final Closing Disclosure Form and/or Master Statement
  • Completes all necessary tasks post closing to transmit a clean package to the Lender and recordable documents to the county
