Come work with our talented and dynamic team as a Customer Relations Representative Float!
In this dynamic role based out of our Portland market, you'll play a vital part in meeting the financial needs of both new and existing customers while gaining the knowledge and support to grow your career. You'll have the opportunity to develop customer relationships, deliver friendly and efficient customer service during daily bank transactions, and actively promote our various bank business lines with the goal of growing our customer base.
In our Float position, you'll also have the unique opportunity to spend time and collaborate with our teams in our various branches throughout the greater Portland area, building relationships with our different communities.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:
  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous cash-handling experience.
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills, with a knack for building relationships.
  • Basic computer system knowledge to navigate our systems.
  • Self-motivated and driven aptitude, thriving in a team environment.
  • Availability on Saturday mornings is necessary
  • Ability to travel to other branch locations as needed
  • Ability to travel to Norway, ME for training

Working Conditions:
