ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for delivering appropriate information to the customer regarding the different financial services with the main objective of increasing Prospera Sales.
  • Responsible for promoting with each customer that visit the store all financial services.
  • Operate a computer and process the financial transactions effectively.
  • Responsible for the cash originated from the financial transaction.
  • Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Responsible for compliance with the manual of policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for inventory services under custody.
  • Responsible for maintaining the supervisor informed of any event that might require his/her intervention.
  • Responsible for compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
  • Responsible for maintaining a good working environment.

 Position Profile:

  • Bilingual Spanish and English.
  • Experience in operating computers and conducting financial transactions.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in direct sales to customers.
  • Understanding of the company policies and procedures.
  • Applicant should be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work under little or no supervision.
