Job description

Position Summary:
Northgate Mortgage LLC is seeking experienced and motivated Licensed Loan Officers to join our growing team. Candidates must hold an active NMLS license and have experience originating residential mortgage loans.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist borrowers with purchase, refinance, and cash-out refinance loans.
  • Take loan applications and guide clients through the mortgage process.
  • Follow up with company-provided leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Collect and review required documentation.
  • Communicate professionally with borrowers, processors, and underwriters.
  • Meet production goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
  • Active NMLS license (required).
  • Previous residential mortgage experience.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files.
