Job description

NOW HIRING – NEW OPENING COMING SOON

Northern Liberties, Philadelphia, PA

Scratch Kitchen | Fast-Casual Concept

Need: GM, Kitchen Manager, Assistant General Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager

Great Hours – No Late Nights! | Benefits + Bonus + Major Growth Potential

A new scratch-cooking fast-casual café is coming soon to Northern Liberties, Philadelphia – and we are building our opening leadership team from the ground up.

We’re looking for hands-on, hospitality-driven leaders who are passionate about real food, developing teams, and opening a restaurant the right way. If you want to be part of something new with real runway to grow as we expand, this is it.

We are hiring for all key leadership positions:

1) General Manager -

The leader who owns the entire business. You will be responsible for full P&L, sales growth, guest experience, and team culture. You will hire, train, and develop all FOH and BOH managers and staff, manage labor and COGS, ensure compliance and DOH standards, and build community relationships to drive the success of this high-volume location.

2) Kitchen Manager –

For the experienced BOH leader who owns quality and execution. You will run the kitchen – hiring, training, and leading the BOH crew, managing inventory, ordering, COGS, food safety/DOH compliance, and ensuring every dish is executed to spec from scratch.

3) Assistant General Manager –

Our #2 operator who can run the full house. You will work directly with the GM to lead both FOH and BOH, drive service and hospitality, coach the team, manage labor and daily operations, handle MOD shifts, and take ownership of the restaurant in the GM's absence.

4) Assistant Kitchen Manager – $22 - $25 / hour + Bonus

The right hand to the KM. You'll help lead daily BOH operations, prep and line execution, training and scheduling, ordering and receiving, and maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. Perfect stepping stone to Kitchen Manager.

What We’re Looking For (All Roles):

  • 1-3+ years of leadership experience in fast-casual, café, or full-service (Lead, AKM, KM, FOHM, AGM, GM)
  • Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a high-volume environment
  • Knowledge of inventory, scheduling, cost controls, and food safety / sanitation
  • Strong communication, organization, and a team-first mentality
  • Open availability for days, weekends, and holidays – no late nights

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay + Performance Bonus
  • Full Benefits Package: Health / Vision / Dental, 401k, PTO & sick time
  • Work-Life Balance – daytime hours with supportive ownership
  • Incredible Growth Opportunity – be part of the opening team with priority for advancement as we grow in Philly
  • Team Perks: Food discounts and a positive, professional culture

This is a new opening – interviews starting now.
