Now, let’s talk about YOU and why you’ll love this role: What You’ll Do (AKA: Your Superpowers)Keep Laundry Clean & Organized:
  • Wash, dry, fold, and properly label resident clothing and community linens.

  • Sort laundry according to care instructions and infection-control standards.

  • Operate washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.

  • Distribute clean laundry to resident rooms and designated storage areas.

  • Support Resident Comfort & Dignity:

  • Handle personal clothing and linens with care, respect, and attention to detail.

  • Follow resident preferences and schedules when applicable.

  • Promptly report missing, damaged, or mislabeled items to leadership.

Maintain a Safe & Efficient Laundry Area:

  • Keep laundry rooms clean, organized, and well-stocked.

  • Monitor supplies and notify leadership when restocking is needed.

  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.

  • Identify and report equipment issues or maintenance concerns.

Be a Team Player:

  • Collaborate with housekeeping, caregiving, and leadership teams as needed.

Experience & Skills:
